Focus @Will – Will Henshall/ Founder: is a 25 year career “idearist”. He has achieved notable global success both as an musical artist and a science technologist.
He founded the British pop soul band Londonbeat, writing and playing guitar on several global #1 selling hit records in the early 90s, including ‘I’ve Been Thinking About You”.

He then founded Rocket Network, a Paul Allen/Cisco-funded San Francisco company, and invented the professional audio media transfer system, DigiDelivery, which he sold to Avid in 2003.
Today he is founder and CEO of focusatwill.com, an online productivity platform that reduces distraction for work and study using scientifically sequenced instrumental music.

Shazam – Richard Harless/ Country Manager, Germany: he is responsible for all of Shazam’s commercial activities in the German market.
Prior to Shazam, he served as EU Director for mobile advertising network Airpush launching their European based operations.
Previously he worked in the US as Strategy Director for mobile advertising startup Mobile Posse and at AOL where managed the XM Radio implementation with AOL Radio.

Maker Studios – Eyabo Macauley: she is responsible for Commercial Partnerships across EMEA at Maker Studios, the recently acquired content arm of the The Walt Disney Company.
Previously, Eyabo spent 3.5 years at the mobile tech company Shazam where she held a similar role.
Having worked at some of the most innovative online and mobile companies over the past 10 years, Eyabo considers herself to be be truly digital minded.

Tripadvisor – Martin Verdon-Roe: is the Global Vice President of Display Sales. He joined TripAdvisor in 2007 and was promoted to the global position in 2012.
His focus is to develop and lead the strategy of the expanding +200 global display sales team who are now located in +15 countries.
Tripadvisor – Thomas Bangert: managing the Display Sales Team in Continental Europe (including Russia) and Northern Africa and maximise revenue for all points of sale.
Working closely with both media agencies and clients directly to optimise campaign performance for both branding and ROI goals.
