Mihaly is a managing partner in Flashpoint Venture Capital, a ~100M USD Central and Eastern European, and Israeli VC.

Previously, Mihaly led private equity transactions for Renaissance Private Equity (currently Elbrus Capital). Mihaly was also an investment banker at Renaissance Capital.

Mihaly gained his advanced BA (specialist) in Moscow State University for International Relations (MGIMO), where he was also a member of the chess and soccer teams.
