Founder and President of the Investment Fund Friborg Capital, Ion Sturza has carried out large-scale projects in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, mainly in the IT industry. Among those is Liberty Technology Park, in Cluj and the online retailer Elefant.ro. In 2013 he founded Spherik - the first startup accelerator launched in Romania, that was awarded "Best Business Accelerator in Romania" for 3 years in a row, by the Central European Startup Awards. He also runs several mentoring programs for young people in business and digital economy.
