Catalin Samara has dedicated his last 18 years to the retail & FMCG industry, building almost his entire career with french retailer, Carrefour. 

Communicative, pragmatic and flexible, Catalin Samara believes that in order to evolve into any company, it is necessary to interact with as many areas as possible. That's why his career followed a complex and natural development path through phases such as department manager, store manager, Electronics and Home Appliance Director, Marketing, Digitalization and IT Director, and member of the Executive Committee. Currently, he occupies the position of COO in Carrefour Romania and Administrator of Bringo.

Having a complex and passionate professional experience of what he does, Catalin's biggest challenge remains to work with people and to convey their enthusiasm within each new project.
